Background
I love playing sports, working out & healthy nutrition that is why I decided to become a Physical Education & Health Teacher. I been teaching over 20 years and also decided to open up my own personal training business. I earned my Bachelor's of Science in physical education & health at Montclair State University and decided to continue to pursue a higher education so I attended Kean University to get my Masters of Exercise Science. I try my best to lead by example and I’ve change many students and adults with their overall wellness and my goal is to cont to help others as well.
